Please read our delivery, substitution, payment and timed delivery terms before placing your order.
We offer same day delivery on all orders received before 1pm GMT, Monday to Friday, and 11am on Saturdays, throughout the Edinburgh area. Orders received after this time will be executed as soon as possible, but may be delivered the following day.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate customers who dispatch orders to us for a particular time or day, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to fulfil your request.
Our normal delivery service is between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. Requests outside these times cannot be guaranteed.
During peak periods, including Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, only funeral delivery times will be guaranteed.
Deliveries to EH5, EH6, EH7, EH8 and EH15 will always be afternoon deliveries, along with the outlying villages.
We will only guarantee a timed delivery on orders for funeral flowers when such orders are received 24 hours or more before the time of the service.
A contact phone number for the recipient must be supplied in order to guarantee delivery.
Full contact details of the customer, including the phone number, must be supplied when placing an order. Should there be a problem with your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
We offer a full international relay service, however this can only be arranged personally.
Due to the seasonal nature and availability of our business, we reserve the right to substitute any items, flowers or plants, illustrated on this site.
Any preferences you may have regarding materials or colours to be included or excluded should be stated when placing your order, and we will try to accommodate you wherever possible.
We offer you a personal promise of satisfaction. Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase, we will happily replace it if notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Payment must be received before the delivery can be executed.
